CASA VINICOLA CARLO ZENEGAGLIA

It is obtained with Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc grapes from particular vineyards. The grapes are gathered when fully ripe and subjected to a scrupulous sorting. The crushing occurs much later after harvesting than would for normal grape varietie, while aging is completed in barrels. This wine has a deep red colour and a round taste, enveloping long life. The well ripped tannins slide velvety into the mouth: this is a very elegant noble wine.It has a bouquet of ripe fruit recalling black berries and plums. Best served at a temperature of 18°-20° C.
