It is a full-bodied wine, elegant and vigorous. It has an ethereal perfume and a spicy taste very contrasting unmistakable: it is dry but at the same time austere. Its ideal drinking temperature is approximately 20°-22° C.
Preferably drunk with a big crystal glass (Balloon) with a large mouth to better oxygenise this great wine and bring to the surface its great personality. It drinks well with strong red meats, venison, wild boar and cheese.
